Vicki is Operations Director at Sereniti and oversees all operational aspects of Sereniti’s business strategy. As a fully CIPD qualified, European Business Studies graduate with over 20 years’ generalist HR experience gained in a variety of industries and company sizes – including manufacturing and service sectors in blue chip companies and SMEs, Vicki has a pragmatic, commercial approach coupled with an approachable demeanour.

Vicki’s experience has involved working at both strategic and operational levels. Her attention to detail and the ability to work through any people issues in a calm, empathetic manner make her a credible business partner.
