Leadership development and coaching
Leadership Development Consultancy is managed by Anne Lockwood, a Leadership & Commercial Development Consultant who has twenty years commercial experience gained in both public and private sector businesses, she combines management consulting experience with an understanding of the psychological dynamics of workplace relationships and holds Post Graduate qualifications in Integrative Psychotherapy.
Commercial coaching programme
This programme is delivered by Sereniti's highly skilled team of Consultants and Occupational Psychologists. The Commercial Coaching Programme is a bespoke programme which can be tailored to meet individual needs taking into consideration economic climate, competitor activity, capabilities and desires of the individual, cultural and community challenges and other key impacting factors.
The team draws upon both management consulting and psychological methodologies to challenge individuals to think in a solution focused manner and to stretch commercial capabilities.

Chartered Clinical Psychologists
Our team of Chartered Clinical Psychologists have extensive experience gained in both the public health arena and commercial industries. They are specialists in helping people accommodate significant life changes.
They possess extensive skill in the assessment, design and delivery of a range of psychological therapies including CBT/CAT. They adhere to a strict code of conduct which ensures they represent client's best interests at all times.
