If you are interested in the services we offer and would like to find out a little more, here are some questions often asked by prospective clients.
There is no initial cost for a first introductory meeting to ascertain your HR, Training or Coaching needs. We would discuss your requirements in detail and then provide you with a written proposal for your approval.
There is no retainer fee payable, you simply pay for the hours that are actually worked either on site or remotely. All work is recorded on a timesheet on a weekly basis.
No. We can offer whatever hours suit your business and budget and as your needs change we can change the hours up or down with minimal notice.
We will undertake what we call a HR Health Check which will involve your dedicated consultant assessing your employment contracts, staff handbooks and policies and procedure to see what issues need addressing. Your consultant will also speak with key members of staff to ascertain pertinent HR issues in the business. A report will be compiled with recommendations and advice on priorities.
We already work with many of our clients on this basis, by supplementing in house expertise and working alongside HR professionals on a project or longer term basis. Often this is as a result of long term sickness absence or important short deadline implementation projects. We can also help you upskill your current HR department through mentoring and coaching, either on-site or at the end of the phone.
We do not offer these types of service.
